I use to run 14 in mine. Pressure is where it needs to be. You are definitely not doing a big enough burnout. Those tires weren't nearly sticky enough. On MT's you should be looking for lots of smoke to ensure you did a good burnout. The burnout you did was a good regular old street tire burnout. Good enough to heat them up but not too much to glaze them over.
What were your 60' times? With the upgrades you have you should actually be turning those times without ET streets.
